Clean My Restaurant

WE ARE FULLY INSURED

  

1. Workers Compensation Insurance in accordance with all federal and state statutory requirements and Employer’s Liability Insurance in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury by accident and $1,000,000 per employee/aggregate for bodily injury by disease. Supplier and its underwriter shall waive subrogation against Client. 


2. Commercial General Liability Insurance in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, subject to a $2,000,000 aggregate limit covering bodily injury (including death), personal injury, property damage including, without limitation, all contractual liability for such injury or damage assumed by Contractor under this Agreement. 


3. Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit covering bodily injury (including death) and property damage for all owner, hired and non-owned vehicles used by Contractor, including all statutory coverage for all jurisdictions of operation. 


4. Umbrella Liability Insurance with respect to Employers Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile Liability in an amount of not less than $5,000,000 combined single limit.

  1. We respond to every text, call or email within 10-20 minutes- and can be on-site within the hour to meet the client. We all live locally, and nearby to the restaurants that we clean. 
  2. We have professional restaurant cleaning crews that are available 24-7 day or night to clean your restaurant
  3. We provide a simple term sheet with 1x monthly price invoiced by quickbooks, paid by ACH transfer or check in the mail. 
  4. Our pricing is based on cost savings-- we save you money on restaurant cleaning services 
  5. We have large crews of professionally trained restaurant cleaning crews that clean your restaurant. 
  6. We can do weekly walk-throughs of your restaurant cleaning services in - person with our cleaning crew leaders and managers. 
  7. We don't lock you into a contract with hidden fees, or term breaks -- its very clean and easy, we just sign and start cleaning as you requested, can start same day, night.

HOW DO WE DO OUR SALES & SETTING UP THE RESTAURANT CLEANING

CLEAN MY RESTAURANT SALES

CLEAN MY RESTAURANT GOES THROUGH THE SETTING UP THE RESTAURANT CLEANING PROCESS LIKE THIS:


  1. Client requests restaurant cleaning services via email, text or call. Or we are out in the city and get a business card, and meet the general manager of the restaurant, and chat, and discuss cleaning services for the restaurant. 
  2. It only takes 10-15 minutes to do a Time Study, Walk your restaurant & kitchen, listen and write down everything that the General Manager is looking for in there restaurant cleaning services. 
  3. Clean my restaurant then sends a 1-2 page term sheet with the entire SCOPE OF WORK that we reviewed on-site with the General Manager of the restaurant. 
  4. The Scope of Work is written exactly to the restaurant needs, and is from scratch, and tailored specifically for your restaurant directly. 
  5. Clean my restaurant sends the Scope of Work with the Pricing to the client to review with their Director of Operations, or Decision Maker. 
  6. Clean my restaurant answers any questions directly, or any scope changes, and we are flexible on price, feedback. We want the business. We will do a good job cleaning your restaurant guaranteed. 
  7. We sign the term sheet with no hidden fees-- and set up a start date. 
  8. We walk the restaurant with the cleaning crew leaders, and cleaning crews, and general manager of the restaurant, and align on the scope of work. 
  9. We set up all codes, keys and/or whatever access if provided to the restaurant, and PM shift managers. 
  10. We start cleaning the restaurant. 
  11. We follow up every night with pictures of the cleaning, and in the morning to make sure a great job was done with the cleaning.
